1：Preparation of grey fabric

Inspection of gray cloth, measuring its density, gram weight, width, checking the surface of the cloth, and sewing or opening the cloth with holes and broken edges.
Classify the cloth with different cleanliness, arrange the production of white or light-colored cloth if the cloth is clean, arrange the dark color or full background printing if the cloth is dirty, and arrange the production in separate vats if the width is different.

2: Pre-treatment

Remove the natural or artificial impurities on the fabric, get soft hand, soft luster, pure whiteness, good water absorption, with qualified indicators of whitening products or provide qualified semi-products for printing.

3：Dyeing

The process of forming physical and chemical combination of dye and fiber to form uniform color with good fastness on the fabric.

4：Printing

Through a specific method, make the fabric partial coloring, so as to obtain the pattern, pattern processing.

5: Finishing

Improve the fabric’s inner, appearance, quality, give the fabric some special use.

6: Finished product inspection

For the finished product that has completed the whole processed process to test the appearance quality and the inner quality to identify the grade.
